‘We commissioned Richard Removals to move us to Somerset on the personal recommendation of a friend. We were impressed with the helpful and professional response to our initial inquiry, and this continued throughout the whole experience. As an added bonus, they were the cheapest (of 5 quotes). We elected for them to provide a packing service which we believed would ensure that our belongings were less likely to be damaged in transit. There was just one breakage – that of a garden ornament. They turned up when they said they would (slightly early on both occasions) and were helpful and friendly throughout. Would have no hesitation in recommending them and would use them again.‘
‘We made the brave decision to move house after 20 years! It was a very stressful experience and we were very anxious about the move however on moving day we felt that we had hit the jackpot! The Richards removal crew were brilliant. They took control and knew exactly what they were doing, it was a well oiled machine! Both packing and unloading done in a calm and professional manner. Thank you so much.‘
